SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping will be through the United States Postal Service and will be calculated based upon the quantity and weight of product ordered. Larger, bulky items such as light bars will ship by Fed Ex and will be calculated based upon weight and shipping destination. If your purchase arrives damaged by shipping, retain the shipping materials and notify us by email. A claim will have to be filed with the shipper and they will need to inspect the packaging. If you are unable to retain the shipping materials we will not be able to file a claim with the shipper and it will result in us being unable to cover the damaged purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for refund will be accepted up to 30 days from purchase. Returned item must be in factory packaging, unused, and accompanied by the sales invoice. A 20% restocking fee will apply to refunded returns and return shipping is the responsibility of purchaser.
Returns for refund will not be accepted past 30 days from purchase. Returns past 30 or opened items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be exchanged from other items.
