Indiana Emergency Lighting makes no warranties or statements about the legalities of a warning light in a specific color. In other words know what is legal for you to run in your area before you order it. We can not and will not be held responsible for the misuse of warning lights or violation of state or federal law by the misuse of a warning lights or sirens.
Indiana Emergency Lighting recommends that all light bars be attached to moving vehicles using light bar manufacturer recommended methods. Magnetic mounts are not recommended for vehicles being operated at speed. We can not and will not be responsible for improperly mounted light bars falling or flying off of vehicles or the damage caused thereby. In other words if you want to run 50MPH +, use a permanent mount (and magnets don't stick to aluminum).
All products offered for sale are covered by their individual manufacturer warranty. To submit a warranty claim for a defective product the manufacturer warranty process must be followed. This requires the defective product to be shipped to the manufacturer by the purchaser and a warranty request submitted to the manufacturer by the purchaser.

Here's the deal......We are a company that is owned by public safety professionals. We are law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMT's.
